We support young people in their apprenticeship and entry into working life. We are committed to welcoming more than 10% of work-study students and trainees each year as part of our overall workforce. To achieve this and to integrate our trainees as well as possible each year, we carry out several actions in :
- Creating partnerships with local schools;
- Recruiting students of all levels from 3ème ;
- Participating in student forums;
- Organising an annual morning dedicated to trainees and their integration;
- Giving trainees a flexible schedule with Friday afternoons off;
- Paying trainees more than the legal remuneration.
Our alternating students have access to the same benefits as our employees.
