Our recruitment process
In order to make the candidate experience as optimal as possible, we have determined a simple and fast recruitment process.
It is important to us that new employees receive careful guidance. You are therefore supported from your first day until the validation of your probationary period.
In order to facilitate your integration, we are setting up various actions :
Before your arrival :
- You will receive an e-mail explaining the course of your 1st day.
D-Day :
- You are welcomed by HR;
- You meet the teams by visiting our premises with your manager;
- You will receive our welcome pack (welcome booklet, organization chart, internal regulations, etc.);
In the first few months :
- You are taking part in a discovery day: this day is an opportunity for you to discover all of our activities, but also to understand our future challenges;
- You carry out an immersion day to discover another job in the company (site technician, manufacturing technician).
