Sol Solution offers all its customers in possession of a PANDA® purchased new after 2018, a support contract (*), to compensate for unavailability due to breakdowns or annual calibration.
The advantages of the assistance contracT
- Breakdown service: if your equipment breaks down, we’ll send you a replacement within 1 working day.
- Calibration: annual calibration of your equipment is included in the support contract. While your PANDA® is being calibrated, we’ll lend you one if you need it.
- Logistics: we manage the logistics of picking up and collecting the equipment, both yours and the loan equipment.
- Extended warranty: in the event of a breakdown due to normal use of the equipment, we will cover repairs for the duration of the contract.
More specifically, how does it work?
Troubleshooting :
In the event of a breakdown, you call the Assistance department on 04 73 64 74 83.
After a rapid diagnosis by telephone, and if the breakdown is confirmed, we will send out replacement equipment immediately. If you call us before noon, delivery is scheduled for the following morning to the address of your choice, either to your premises or directly to the worksite.
At the same time, we organise collection of the faulty equipment.
As soon as we receive it, our teams will repair your equipment (unless it is out of warranty).
Once your equipment has been repaired, our logistics team works with you to organise the return of your equipment and the collection of ours.
Calibration :
To ensure that you always have high-performance equipment, annual calibration is recommended. As the support contract is for a minimum of 12 months, calibration is included in the contract.
In order to avoid making the calibration of your equipment a constraint in terms of its unavailability, we can lend you a PANDA® while yours is being calibrated.
The logistics of getting your equipment and the loan equipment to and from the site are always managed by Sol Solution. Simply let us know your requirements and we will deliver and collect your equipment according to your schedule.
Consumables are not included in the support contract. This ensures that your equipment is always up and running quickly.
